Job Description
  • Identify non-conformances on incoming and outgoing parts
  • Conduct root cause analysis on issues using techniques such as 5Y, Fishbone, and 8D
  • Lead projects from beginning to final stages
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering and production teams
  • Assist with improving supplier quality
  • Help with New Product Introduction including reviewing and validating blueprints
  • Implement corrective actions and document data around their performance

  • Bachelors in Engineering or adjacent discipline
  • 4 years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing
  • Knowledge of different Root Cause Analysis techniques
  • Experience with New Product Implementation
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Bilingual English/Spanish heavily preferred
