Job DescriptionAs the Sr. Owners Project Manager, you will:
  • Lead project management efforts while coordinating with client, architects, and engineers
  • Oversee project operations - coordinating workload, schedules, budgeting, and more
  • Lead potential business development meetings and proposals
  • Travel is minimal, mostly revolving around client meetings or job site visits every so often
  • Meet with C-level and board executives to review office standings and future needs

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture or related field preferred
  • 10-15 years of construction experience
  • Proven experience working with the MSBA - required (project management, engineering or design capacity)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong problem solving abilities
