Being specialists in Mixed-use & Multifamily development, they have successfully delivered over 250k Multifamily Communities in thriving markets around the country. They love to promote from within and are looking for their next project manager to grow into a leadership role down the road.
Job DescriptionThis individual will be responsible for:
  • Create and maintain project timelines, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and aligned with financial goals.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure work meets project specifications and standards.

  • 7 years of experience in construction
  • Large Multifamily project experience preferred
  • Experience with Procore software
  • Excellent written an oral communication skills
  • MA CSL
  • Strong technical skills
