Job Description
- Drive corrective actions based on internal and customer non-conformances
- Perform inspections, document specs and spearhead corrective actions
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives
- Communicate cross-functionally with other engineering and production teams
- Meet with customers to discuss complaints and preventative actions
- Help to maintain compliance with the QMS
- Develop standardized work instructions
- 4 years of experience in quality
- Experience in precision machining environments
- Strong knowledge of problem solving related to quality engineering
- Engineering degree preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Salary between $90,000 - $110,000 depending on experience and interview performance
- 5-7% Bonus
- 3 weeks vacation
- 401k
