Job Description
- Identify non-conformances on incoming and outgoing parts
- Conduct root cause analysis on issues using techniques such as 5Y, Fishbone, and 8D
- Lead projects from beginning to final stages
- Work cross-functionally with engineering and production teams
- Assist with improving supplier quality
- Help with New Product Introduction including reviewing and validating blueprints
- Implement corrective actions and document data around their performance
- Bachelors in Engineering or adjacent discipline
- 4 years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing
- Knowledge of different Root Cause Analysis techniques
- Experience with New Product Implementation
- Comfortable working independently
- Bilingual English/Spanish heavily preferred
- Competitive compensation at $100,000
