Job Description
- Oversee all on-site construction activities for commercial projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project efficiency.
- Enforce safety protocols and compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
- Maintain project schedules, reports, and documentation.
- Resolve construction issues and conflicts as they arise.
- Ensure all work meets specifications and industry standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
- Proven track record in managing healthcare, government, and institutional construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction documents, and specifications.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- OSHA certification is a plus.
