Supervises day-to-day work of crew and prioritize work at hand.
Ability to effectively lead a crew on schedule while monitoring quality of work at hand.
Effectively follow plans/guidelines while conducting regular safety meetings.
Enforces all client-required safety policies and procedures.
Complies with all company policies and procedures and safety requirements, including crew member discipline and documentation.
Manage close out process and warranty responses with project manager
Attend and participate in weekly meetings, including project and subcontractor meetings

5 years of construction experience as a superintendent
Previous Federal project experience is a must
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Able to manage team of employees and multiple projects
Ability to walk the job site
Excellent verbal communication skills
Proficient at Microsoft Office & Outlook
Ability to travel on a national scale

Competetive base salary between $90,000 to $110,000 based on experience level
