About Our ClientMy client is a well established, family-owned, Christian general contractor based in St. Louis with 50 years in the industry. They boast a sizeable book of longstanding, repeat clients and are incredibly proud of their strong client relationships -- most going on 20-30 years! They are looking for hard working, collaborative Construction Superintendents.

Job DescriptionThe primary duties of the Superintendent include:
On-site leading all project operations
Willing to travel for non-local projects
Review submittals and coordinate with subcontractors
Understand every aspect of the drawings
Coordinate with Project Managers and notify of budget, schedules, change orders, etc.
Travel based on job location (home every other weekend and holidays)

The Successful ApplicantTo secure this position, you will be a driven and motivated construction professional with previous experience working on ground-up and/or tenant improvement projects. The successful Superintendent:
2 years of Construction experience working in the field
Experience working on ground-up and/or tenant improvement projects
Experience working on Restaurants and Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) is a plus!
Willing to travel out of town (based on project location)
Good organizational & communication skills
Leadership characteristics
Willingness to collaborate and step in where needed to help the team
Looking to work with a tight-knit group
What's On Offer
Base salary: $90,000 - $100,000 , dependent on experience OR based on Union scale
