- Coordinate Payment Collections : Work in collaboration with customers and insurance companies to collect timely payment of all outstanding monies owed.

- Experience : 2-3 years doing collections in the water / mold restoration or construction industries.
- Industry Knowledge : Experience working directly with insurance companies is a must.
- Skills : Strong collections, issue resolution, and negotiation abilities. Comfort working through difficult or confrontational situations.
- Education : At least a high school diploma.
