Michael and Son Services is looking for an Executive Assistant to play an important role in supporting the Owner. The right candidate will tend to the day-to-day functions that are a part of the executive's role so that the executive can focus on the high-level strategies. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for effectively co-managing key parts of the business in a timely fashion in a fast paced growing environment.

The right candidate will have experience in the following areas:

• Co-supporting the Owner with his business activities.
• Keep the Owner advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
• Review business documentation as needed for various parts of the business.
• Support Management with data compilation reporting, excel spreadsheets and statistical information.
• Maintains business continuity and flow of scheduled work.
• Exceptional ability to problem solve and make decisions independently and prioritize work flow.
• Coordinate, as necessary, with senior management of Owner's operating companies.
• Works as a team member on other assigned projects and tasks as needed.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Proven success with working with Executives/Owners.
• Demonstrated exceptional professional office etiquette with exhibiting discretion, confidentiality, interpersonal relationship skills, etc.
• Excellent written communication skills; ability to effectively write/edit business letters, etc.
• Demonstrated strong customer service problem solving skills and decision-making.
• Demonstrated skills showing initiative, personal responsibility and accountability.
• Strong working knowledge of managing two way communications.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain composure under pressure in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrated speed and accuracy in the completion of tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High value placed on attention to detail and delivering high-quality, accurate work products.
• Ability to work directly with senior leaders and operators to support business needs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of Administrative Assistant experience.
• Administrative support for C-Levels is strongly preferred.
• Must be able to multitask, set priorities, be detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure in a fast paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrate speed and accuracy in the completion of tasks.
• Exceptional organization and collaboration skills.
• Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
