We are in need of a professional real estate recruiter to help us identify driven new agents who can meet the demands of our growing real estate business. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to agents, ensuring their abilities align with our high-performance standards, and evaluating if they’re a great culture fit for the team. $70,000 - $80,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Manage the hiring process, set up interviews, make recommendations to hiring managers based on who you find to be the best fit for our team and culture, and follow up with candidates who are not selected
• Secure all candidate files and personal data to ensure confidentiality and the ability to pull their information throughout the recruitment process
• Upload job postings and ads on all known industry job board sites to reach the best real estate professionals in our industry
• Give regular presentations on the success of recruiting tactics
• Recruit entry-level agents with high growth potential via cold calling, emailing, networking events, or other forms of communication to round out our real estate sales team

• Teach, train and walk all new agents through 90 day program.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years experience recruiting in real estate, inside sales, or similar field
• Familiar with online job posting tools
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Need to be comfortable talking with new people and have solid writing abilities as well
• Superb time management and organizational skills
