$200,000 - $250,000 per year

• Prospect leads and establish rewarding and prosperous relationships
• Schedule and Deliver listing consultations using state of art digital presentations
• Consult on local market conditions and strategies for a successful sale
• Complete all required real estate listing documentation
• Ensure your clients journey through their home sale is smooth and seamless

• Has superb interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work with our proven CRM, Presentation and Intranet software solutions
• Working knowledge of the local real estate market and general trends
• Minimum 1 year proven track record as a listing or buyer’s agent with an Active Florida Real Estate License
• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
• Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
