As a Human Resources Generalist, your key responsibilities will be to perform HR-related duties on a professional level and work closely with HR and Operations management. This role will partner with Operations Leadership to hire, retain, and develop a labor force to meet the needs of the business.Focus on creating an environment which engages and retains employees.Critical for success are the abilities to take initiative, be self-motivated and an independent, accountable, dependable performer; demonstrate ability to exercise discretion and independent judgement.Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to express ideas and information, both in written and oral form, clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to the audience is essential.

What It Takes

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 to 8 years of related HR experience and/or training, or equivalent combination
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Working knowledge of State and Federal employment law, EEO, Affirmative Action and Diversity Policies
• High level of confidentiality and ability to process sensitive information
• A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
