As an Underground Superintendent, your key responsibility will be to plan resource availability accordingly through the local unions.
This includes the scheduling, coordination, and management of subcontractors. Superintendent will also assist Foreman to schedule work, crews, tools, and equipment for efficiency and to minimize travel time.
