Michiana Family Dental is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to lead our dental office as our Office Manager. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice, fostering a positive team environment, and exceeding patient expectations.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee all aspects of the dental office, including scheduling, patient flow, inventory management, and staff training.
  • Ensure a welcoming and efficient patient experience by managing the front desk team and streamlining check-in/out procedures.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and navigate insurance complexities to optimize billing and collections.
  • Develop and implement efficient systems to ensure smooth daily operations and financial management.
  • Provide leadership and support to the dental team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on dental practice regulations and ensure compliance.
  • Perform other duties as needed to maintain the success of the practice.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in dental office management or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a similar field (preferred).
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and collaborate with a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in dental practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Clinical Chairside experience a PLUS
