Michiana Smiles is looking to add a dynamic personality to its front desk team. We thrive at providing excellent customer service, showing unwavering integrity, and providing exceptional patient care.
Knowledge of dentistry is a plus, but we will train an eager, growth-oriented, and driven person with a personality.
Compensation : $18 - $20 hourly

Responsibilities :
- Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
- Answer phone calls
- Confirm patient appointments and maintain a full patient schedule
- Greet, Check-in, Register, and Schedule new patient appointments
- Collect patient payments
- Knowledgeable with all front desk tasks and responsibilities
- Maintains strict compliance with HIPAA and patient privacy
Qualifications :
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Proficient in email communication and excellent phone skills
- 2 years of office experience
- Enjoy being in a dynamic job where no task is above or below you
- Excellent customer service skills : patience; empathy; charismatic
