**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our real estate properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties, including maintenance, leasing, budgeting, and tenant relations
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs
- Conduct property inspections and oversee move-in/move-out processes
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Prepare and maintain accurate property records and reports
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and legal professionals as needed
**Experience:**
- Proven experience in property management
- Knowledge of LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) and/or Section 8 regulations
- Strong data entry skills with proficiency in OneSite or similar software
- Ability to manage contracts and lease agreements effectively
- Background in property leasing and sales is advantageous
- Real estate administrative experience is preferred
