Secondary Science Teacher
Bronson Jr/Sr High School
Qualifications:
- Possess or be eligible for a valid Michigan teaching certificate
- Minimum of BS/BA degree in Education; DI and/or DC Preferred
- Meet highly qualified requirements as a secondary science teacher
- Able to assess and document student progress
- Professional in personal conduct and actions
- Excellent communication skills
Duties:
- Provide instruction to school children
- Provide and maintain an orderly classroom environment
- Monitor and document student progress through Skyward student management program
- Work independently and cooperatively in the teaching mode using a variety of instructional strategies
- Ability to plan and organize; good work habits
- Willing to attend conferences and participate in professional development
- Successful teaching/coaching of students preferred
- Perform other duties as assigned by administration
- Other qualifications as required by the Bronson Board of Education
