his role administers the daily management of the Debit/ATM card portfolio; including, initiating and directing debit card processes related to debit card issuance, compromised card issues, fraud/error disputes. This role also provides excellent service and critical thinking skills while answering member and team member inquiries for problem resolution of various situations. In addition, this role is responsible for training and data input as well as inventory management for the ATM/Debit card portfolio. This role is considered an individual contributor at the Credit Union.
