The Business Program Coordinator is an essential role designed to serve as the primary point of contact and dedicated coordinator for businesses using our programs. This role involves direct interaction with clients to understand their unique needs and structure, followed by the development of tailored strategic proposals to effectively address these requirements. The coordinator is responsible for both initiating new client relationships and sustaining existing ones, ensuring continuous engagement and adaptation of programs to fit evolving business needs. Through strategic planning, creative problem-solving, and excellent relationship management, this position significantly influences the effectiveness of our business partnerships. The role is crucial for driving the organization's mission of enhancing health and wellness outcomes across various communities by leveraging business collaborations.
Responsibilities
Soliciting & Developing Relationships: Seeks out and develops new relationships with businesses to drive recruitment for the program. Utilizes various creative strategies including attending conferences and events, networking, social media campaigns, email marketing, community outreach, and word of mouth referrals.
Client Interaction & Plan Development: Engages directly with new clients to deeply understand their business structure and specific needs. Develops and refines tailored strategic plans through comprehensive interactions and feedback.
Maintaining Client Relationships: Manages ongoing relationships with existing clients, ensuring continuous engagement through regular updates and a dedicated client portal. Acts as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support.
Content Creation & Communication: Oversees the creation and dissemination of engaging content including newsletters, biweekly updates, and website content. Collaborates with external partners and internal teams to maintain a cohesive and informative communication strategy.
Event Management: Coordinates and leads the organization of business symposiums, handling everything from agenda setting to logistical support. Engages with speakers and sponsors to ensure events are informative and well-supported.
Process & Project Management: Acts as a process manager, overseeing the creation and revision of operational procedures related to client onboarding and program delivery. Manages a variety of projects, adapting processes and content to meet evolving business needs.
