Job DescriptionHours: Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00PM Pay: $18.00 - $19.00/HR. (Once hired on) Location: Wixom, MIJob Summary: The Support Representative is responsible for supporting distributors and end users regarding software support and data subscriptions while being a company representative and liaison for both distributors and end users. Duties and Responsibilities:
First line support for immediate phone and email response through Fresh Desk ticketing software
Audit equipment registrations for accuracy of information in preparation for payment to distributors
Generate and provide lock-up codes, including confirming successful access by customers
Support Accounting Department with processing data payments, as needed
Support customer relations
Perform other duties or functions as requested by the Software Support/Data Department Supervisor or other authorized personnel
Qualifications and Requirements:
High School Diploma
Minimum 3 years of Customer Support experience
Must be proficient with Computers, Microsoft Software
ERP and ticketing system experience. Salesforce / Freshdesk / LN experience
