Responsibilities :
- Bidding landscaping projects
- Serve as a communication link between builders, crew leaders, city officials and our office
- Collaborate closely with office staff to coordinate current and upcoming projects
- innovative strategies for sales and estimatingIn person / Over the phone / online sales
- marketing management
- assist with landscape crews and accounting to ensure projects are billed and started in a timely manner
Requirements :
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Strong organizational, communication, and efficiency skills
- Good with numbers and estimating
- Proficent in all Microsoft Programs
- Ability to lead, inspire, and manage teams effectively
