Requirements

Responsibilities :

• Complete a test callsuccessfully
• Call all companies provided via assignedlists
• Evaluate the level of customer service provided by answeringrepresentative
• Document detailed information of overallexperience
• Complete review submission form before the requireddeadline
• Ensure that form is free of errors andmisinformation

Requirements :

• Must have & submit valid United StatesIdentification
• Minimum 6 months customer service experience preferably call centerrelated
• Moderate level of computerknowledge
• Ability to work with minimalsupervision
• Strong listeningskills
• Accuracy
• Efficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communicationskills
