MICRO SOLUTIONS is Hiring a Facilities Technician 27111 Near Salem, NC
This position is for our dynamic Fortune 500 partner in Winston-Salem area.
Vacation and Benefits package available.
This is a 6 month assignment with possibility of extension.
NOTE – Micro Solutions is unable to provide sponsorship or to meet other employer work visa requirements. We work W2 only. All candidates must be willing to undergo a background screening.
Work shift: 7am - 3pm Mon - Fri
Education requirements: HS diploma or higher

Needing 3-5 years of facilities handyman experience
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain plumbing and electrical systems
- Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair of facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems
- Use a variety of hand and power tools without supervision
- Perform facility inspections and report on conditions affecting operation
- Comply with all safety procedures and requirements
- Maintain compliance to City, County, State ordinances and codes
- Support emergency and afterhours building needs
- Assist with cleaning, remodeling of spaces as needed
Education: AAS Desired
Experience: 3-5 Years
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
