Role Description

• This is a full-time remote role for a Radiology Clinical Applications Specialist at Micro-X. As a Radiology Clinical Applications Specialist, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as communicating with medical professionals, determining if support calls are applications or hardware issues, providing training on our x-ray imaging systems, and supporting our sales team in the radiology domain.
• Expected travel approximately twice per month, 2-3 days per trip

Qualifications

• Licensed Radiologic Technologist
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in providing training and support
• Knowledge of sales processes in the radiology industry
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
