Job Description: We are currently searching for a Compliance Program Manager who identifies and facilitates development and implementation of compliance solutions by independently performing complex work assignments. Position requires work with internal stakeholders to review applicable global developments and laws/regulations for business impact, performing risk assessments, developing compliance programs, working with key stakeholders on implementation of such programs, and facilitating monitoring and auditing activities. Initial focus will be on corporate compliance and data governance (e.g., data privacy) programs. JOB REQUIREMENTS Supports the corporate and regulatory compliance lifecycle, which includes understanding major laws and regulations domestically and internationally that impact the company, development of compliance objectives with stakeholders, identification and risk evaluation of compliance gaps, alignment with internal policies and culture, ongoing monitoring of compliance baselines and action plans to ensure sustained compliance. Establishes and facilitates the risk management process for new projects and initiatives by working with internal stakeholders to drive objectives. Provides compliance input on business action plans, projects or operational requests. Aides in educating and training business partners and key stakeholders on compliance requirements. Works with related stakeholders on the advancement and maintenance of a library of applicable authoritative sources and major requirements. Ensures the development and distribution of compliance management reports and dashboards. Will ensure data quality and validation controls are maintained in support of accurate reporting. Identifies root cause(s) and provides recommendations that influence business solutions. Fosters cooperation among stakeholders and organizational units. Leads project management efforts and influences cross functional teams to achieve desired outcomes. Offers recommendations and makes project related decisions within scope of work assignment. Leads efforts to improve standardization and efficiency of responses to internal and external stakeholders, and regulators. Guides stakeholders towards consistent application of regulations and business decisions. Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree is required. 5 or more years relevant work experience with corporate compliance programs (e.g., Code of Conduct, anti-corruption) or other regulatory programs to meet Sarbanes-Oxley, data privacy, cybersecurity, trade, or other similar requirements. Advanced knowledge of relevant regulatory data sources. Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Preferred Skills 5 years of experience in compliance, operational risk management (includes audit, legal, or the management of a process or business with accountability for compliance or operational risk), or a combination of both. Knowledge of the laws regarding global anti-corruption, data privacy, trade compliance, government contracting, and/or environmental laws. Experience in performing compliance monitoring. Experience providing oversight of product and process initiatives to comply with corporate policies, and regulatory and legal requirements. Experience executing compliance risk management activities in accordance with applicable policies/standards. Project management certifications, Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional Program (CCEP), of other similar certifications. This position is not eligible for Microchip immigration sponsorship.
