Responsibilities: In this dynamic role, you will lead a high-performance business development team focused on driving deep business and technical engagements with the world's largest Cloud and Hyperscale customers. Here are the key responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
  • Contribute directly to setting the strategic direction for our Cloud memory portfolio, ensuring Micron's position as the market leader.
  • Collaborate closely with the customers, product marketing, product management, ecosystem enablers, Sales team, and CNBU senior leadership.
Customer Relationships:
  • Develop and nurture strong customer relationships, advocating for their needs within Micron.
  • Prioritize business development activities across Cloud customers and functions.
Business Management:
  • Evaluate opportunities for new products and support within the segment.
  • Contribute to customer and market models (TAM, SAM, SOM).
  • Working closely with customers and Micron field teams to drive execution of quarterly and annual Business Plans and ensure alignment with strategic goals and initiatives.
Collaboration:
  • Work with internal groups to initiate and manage segment-specific programs, enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with enablers to ensure Micron's portfolio is designed into relevant platforms.
Product Definition:
  • Actively contribute to the product definition process, shaping Micron's future offerings.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's/Master's in Business Administration.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in data center-related fields, with a strong customer focus.
The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$160,000.00 - $321,000.00
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses and equity.
