Micron is looking for an experienced Semiconductor industry leader with front end wafer fabrication experience to lead site-wide level key initiatives improvements for the Micron New York Site. In this role you will partner with local business teams to drive successful process improvements for our Clay, New York Expansion efforts. Our ideal candidate will have multiyear experience in: Fab areas capacity planning, industrial engineering and Fab operations.
As our Site Improvement Engineer, you will support site-wide key initiatives during the green field start up and construction as well as sustaining operations of the Fab. Additionally, we are looking for a driven candidate that will focus on output maximization management in developing and deploying key initiatives, programs and key development metrics. Success in this role will be defined by your ability to use project management skills to define / refine scope, map and engage stakeholders, develop and track timelines, progress and resources. You will be encouraged to lead regular reviews of schedule and when there are delays, to lead schedule solve sessions to define recovery path back on track.
This will be a Hybrid Position located in Clay, New York. We will work with qualified candidates to ensure relocation to our site as we continue to build and grow.

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$84,000.00 - $143,000.00Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses and equity.
