Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at the Microtel Inn & Suites - Loveland, CO. The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of the establishment, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Duties:
- Conduct night audit procedures to verify all accounts are in balance
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Prepare daily reports summarizing hotel operations for management
- Maintain security by monitoring surveillance cameras and performing regular property walks
- Assist with any additional tasks as needed during the night shift

Skills:
- Proficiency in night audit procedures and hotel management software
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Multilingual abilities are a plus to assist guests from diverse backgrounds
- Prior experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred
