Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a welcoming smile and provide exceptional customer service
- Check guests in and out efficiently, Serving breakfast and cleaning up breakfast area
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Assist with reservations and manage online booking systems
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable at all times

- Additional duties as assigned by general manager

Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Strong guest relations skills
- Knowledge of hotel management procedures
- Experience in night audit procedures
- Proficiency in front desk operations
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Familiarity with hospitality management practices
- Ability to work with various phone systems
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus

Pay: $16.27 - $19.59 per hour

Expected hours: 11 – 14 per week

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
