Responsibilities:
- Perform night audit duties including checking guests in and out, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accuracy of financial transactions
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Handle guest relations issues and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a hotel or hospitality industry preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic computer skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions

Please note that this is a night shift position, and the ability to work overnight hours is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
