Position Overview

• Under general supervision responsible for applying organizational warehousing, physical inventory, and quality control practices and systems for materials management in support the DUF6 conversion project. The specific work assignment may include duties or activities that assist and support the organization in one or more of the following functional areas, in addition to other duties as assigned:

Functional:

• Implements efficient utilization of warehouse space based on needs, space limitations, and cost considerations while applying organizational standards and applicable codes, rules, and regulations
• Tracks the minimum/maximum levels of material in the Stores Room
• Leads the daily operations of material controls in the Stores Room
• Applies organizational warehousing systems and process to include terminology, measures, concepts and principles
• Prepares and maintains reports as requested
• Interfaces with appropriate personnel/management to resolve iRen discrepancies
• Supports verifications that iRen contains the appropriate nomenclature, identification, and minimum/maximum levels
• Provides technical assistance and expertise to site personnel/management as requested
• Assists in the identification of property for reutilization
• Provides increased awareness regarding the impact of proper documentation and records has on various project actions
• Supervises warehouse personnel

Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• 9 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required
• National Property Management Association (NPMA) and Certified Professional Property Specialist (CPPS) certifications (preferred)
