- Balances cash drawer at end of each day.
- Assists with sorting all incoming mail and distributes it to proper personnel.
- Responds to basic customer (internal and external) service requests.
- Responsible for Accounts Receivable.
- Assists with collections (inbound) as needed
- Provides Receptionist Duties (as needed)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- A/P and/or A/R experience
- Excellent speed and accuracy in data entry and balancing
- Attention to detail imperative
- Ability to multi-task and work in challenging situations
- Ability to sit at a desk for long periods of time
- Exceptional Internal (teamwork) and External Customer Service Skills.
- Bilingual is desired but not required
