Mid-Atlantic Legal Recruiting, LLC is Hiring a Corporate Paralegal Near Richmond, VA
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the collection and organization of documents and information from various cases at the firm. This candidate should feel comfortable relaying messages between various attorneys and clients and keeping all documents important to the cases they are working on organized. This is a full-time on-site position in Richmond, VA.
About the Role:
Review and draft routine legal documents such as articles of incorporation, blue sky documents, registered agent filings, corporate minutes, and documents for a variety of clients. Create and maintain case files. Facilitate the meeting of attorney's deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely reminders. Conduct legal research.
