Summary

• Position Summary
  • Manages the patient and employee activities of the Skilled Nursing or Hospice department under the direction of the Senior Director of Clinical Services. Demonstrates commitment to agency’s goals and to the organization’s mission, vision, and values. Acts as an advocate of patients and families needing home care services and oversees the patient experience and outcomes of home health care.
• Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
  • Education: Bachelors of Science in Nursing or higher degree required.
  • License/Certifications: Currently licensed as an RN in the state of Maine
  • Experience: Experience working in Home Health or Hospice. 3 Years of Leadership experience preferred
