Mid-Fairfield Community Care Center (MFCCC), a non-profit children's mental health agency based in Norwalk, CT, is seeking a Business Development/Marketing Manager to join our team. In this position you will participate in identifying and pursuing new grant opportunities, building and maintaining donor relationships, fundraising activities, online presence, and public relations. This is a critical role, and you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization. This position will report directly to our Chief Business Development officer.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary range $65,000-71,000 based on experience and skills.

Schedule

Position is a full time, 40 hour position, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in business development

· Strong customer/donor relationship management skills

· Proficient in project management

· Exceptional communication and presentation skills

· Fundraising experience

· Grant writing is a plus
