Job Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, develop and coach BDC representatives to ensure appointment targets are met
• Lead team to provide excellent customer service and responsive follow up
• Ensure team responds to all phone calls, emails, and other leads daily
• Follow up on all leads with sales managers
• Communicate persuasively with customers to set and confirm appointments for both sales and service departments as required.
• Respond to CSI interviews/cases for sales and service.
• Review website on a weekly basis and communicates any required revisions to the appropriate departmental manager

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of previous BDC management experience
• Excellent oral/written communication skills required.
• Computer software experience with MS Office necessary
• Strong customer service orientation essential for success.
• Ability to work well on a team, and with other dealership management personnel
• 18 years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
