Mid-West Family Madison is seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual that loves data entry. The Order Entry and Traffic Specialist is responsible for accurately entering client orders, trafficking of audio, completing required paperwork, and updating tracking spreadsheets.

Part-time position - 25 hours per week (up to 30 as needed)

Hours must be M-F, 8a-1p (2p)

Open to hybrid work schedule with minimum of two in-office days per week

Hourly Pay: $18-$20/hour

Responsibilities include:

• Enter sales orders as provided by sales team into order entry system (Marketron)
• Includes, but not limited to, radio, digital, sponsorship/event, production, interactive orders
• Create Pre-pay and manual invoices as needed to help ensure prompt payment from clients
• Continuously update tracking spreadsheets including farm, network, endorsement and sports inventory
• Complete corresponding paperwork such as Production forms, Talent fee forms, Trade forms
• Trafficking of commercial audio through system (vPPO)
• Assist sales team with client requests for documentation such as invoices, statements, commercial spot times, etc.
• Other duties as assigned

Personal Requirements:

• Must be extremely detail oriented
• Must be organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks
• General knowledge of Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work within tight deadlines

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
