*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor will act as a liaison between customers and the service department, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth vehicle maintenance processes. *Responsibilities* - Greet customers and assist them with their service needs - Provide accurate estimates for service work and communicate effectively with customers - Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers on the status of their vehicles - Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs - Educate customers on necessary vehicle maintenance and services - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records - Utilize mechanical knowledge to assess vehicle issues and recommend appropriate services *Requirements* - Prior experience in automotive sales, service advising, or related field preferred - Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire services, and general repairs - Ability to estimate service costs accurately - Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction - Proficiency in cash handling procedures - Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus If you are a motivated individual with a passion for automotive services and exceptional customer care, we invite you to apply for the Service Advisor position.
