Our company is seeking a Service Writer to execute vehicle inspections and repairs, preparing paperwork and planning the execution of preventive maintenance in coordination with our Service Manager. In short, you should be a visionary professional with excellent communication skills who can work well in a team. You should be able to exercise both independent and collaborative work, able to make decisions and adapt to different situations.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with the customer and determine the problem .
• Diagnose vehicle problems using a variety of tools, including computers, tires gauges and scanners .
• Estimate repair costs using manufacturer specifications and diagnostic equipment .
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction after repairs are complete.
• Inform customers about parts, products and services available.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
