Job Overview
IT Project and Development manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of IT and business technology related projects in the company’s IT department and working with all other departments understanding and translating the needs of the business, which may include managing a team of employees to ensure projects are completed on time and within their specified budgets.

Responsibilities

• Experienced in managing a business discovery process in building an accurate RFI and delivering the requirements as described by the business SME’s
• Ability to balance the requirements, wants and needs within a realistic timeframe and scope of budget using the tools available i.e. Utilizing the current custom ERP and WMS solutions software to enhance the ability and function of the role
• Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals
• Experience with designing and developing business process with programming and development team to build out a required business function in a business system like ERP or WMS envirments
• Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports
• Managing resources for projects, such as computer equipment and employees
• Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities
• Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget
• Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
• Conducting risk assessments for projects
• Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress
• Ability to work with Office suite – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Experience with managing day to day operations within Oracle Fusion ERP and WMS a plus
• Meet SLA requirements as designated.
• Ability to support on premise solutions and cloud services.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of experience as an IT Project and Development Manager.
• Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries.
• In-depth knowledge of a distribution company with working knowledge in operations, warehousing, procurement and Finance.
• Ability to determine IT needs based on business requirements and train end-users.
• Experience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics.
• Knowledge of Wifi Meraki based systems
• Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP and WMS systems in previous roles
• Salesforce CRM experience a plus
• Background in working with IBM Based systems similar to VAI S2K or NCR Retailix a plus

Pay: $70,033.00 - $90,000.00 per year
