Position Overview: 

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to bring their expertise and experience to our growing company based in Stillwater, MN. Our electricians handle diverse projects in residential, commercial, industrial, and telecommunications sectors, ensuring safe and high-quality work.

Pay: Negotiable based on years of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems according to codes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and team members for project success.
• Strictly adhere to safety protocols for a secure work environment.
• Provide mentorship to apprentices and team members as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and hours worked using our software platform ServiceTitan.
• Communicate with customers, providing updates, explanations, and addressing concerns.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Current Class A Journeyman Electrician license for Minnesota (Wisconsin Journeyman license preferred but not mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of commercial/residential electrical experience (5 years preferred).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to pass background and drug screenings.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
