Responsibilities :
- Conducting roof, siding, and gutter assessments and presenting documentation to customers
- Presenting quality solutions for repairs to new customers
- Closing agreements for repair work provided by our company
- Participating in monthly rewards programs for sales activities
- Setting and tracking personal goals in major life categories
- Hanging with the best team in our market that wants to see you succeed
- Picking up Dairy Queen blizzards for your meeting with the boss
Qualifications :
- We are looking for someone with these awesome skills (You got game?) :
- Glass half full, abundance mentality
- Communication Skills : keeping people up to date; sharing your calm, not joining their chaos
- Must know how to use a shingle stretcher
- Possess a valid driver’s license and provide I-9 employment eligibility verification
- Able to pass drug and background checks
