Job Summary : To provide clerical services as required that will, through maximum confidence and quality of job performance, contribute to the efforts in obtaining MTE's objectives and to promote a smooth and coordinated flow of material within the office and with other offices.

Job Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to participate in on-the-job training.
• Ability to deal with angry or frustrated members or members who may not fully understand their situation.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Suite.
• Ability to be flexible with work schedule. Hours are Monday - Friday and can range from 7 am to 7 pm but not limited to these hours or days.
• Willingness to work at other MTE locations when needed.
