Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management and Integrity: Design, build, and maintain accurate, scalable, high-quality, actionable datasets. Ensure all sales and customer data are accurate and readily accessible for the team.
• Sales and Marketing Automation: Implement and manage predictive models, tools, data flows across systems to automate sales and marketing functions, reducing manual work and increasing productivity.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and management to ensure seamless integration of systems and data flows. Assist in deploying new tools & technologies to enhance sales capabilities.
• Analytical Support: Conduct deep-dive analyses on various business areas, including sales trends, customer segmentation, and market penetration, to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Performance Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports that provide insights into sales activities, marketing campaign results, and overall business performance.
• Strategic Initiatives: Assist in strategic projects that align with business goals, such as new market entry analysis, pricing strategies, and customer retention programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in quantative field (Statistics, Mathematics, CS, etc.), 
• Strong Python proficiency required, SQL proficiency preferred, plus a desire to learning new things.
• Strong proficiency in cloud relational database platforms (e.g. MySQL, Postgres).
• Deep understanding of predictive modeling, machine-learning, clustering and classification techniques, and algorithms. Familiarity with structuring data for visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with sales operations, revenue operations, & information systems related to revenue growth.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, capable of working well across multiple teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Curious, resourceful, hard work, integrity, high quality human being, team player.
