Role Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team. In this role, you will be essential in ensuring our customers not only realize but maximize the value provided by our services. You will guide customers through the onboarding process, manage accounts, ensure successful renewals, and provide continuous support and strategic advice. Your goal will be to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty, reflecting the care and commitment of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Onboarding: Efficiently onboard new clients, ensuring they understand our services, how to use us most effectively, and how to realize the most substantial cost savings.
  • Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, build and maintain strong relationships, and respond proactively to maintain a positive experience.
  • Financial Lifecycle: Accurately maintain and update AR / AP information, deliver monthly invoices, collaborate with market GM to manage renewals process, aiming to retain and expand customer relationships.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess customer data and feedback to monitor account health, including usage and satisfaction, and address any service issues before they escalate.
  • Problem Solving: Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues, coordinating with GMs and Drivers as needed. Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams to advocate for customer needs and updates.
  • Proactive Strategic Planning: Work with customers to understand their business goals and how our services can contribute to their success. Develop and implement success plans to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Feedback Loop Coordination: Collect and relay customer feedback to the relevant departments to help refine safety and smash procedures while building a strongly rooted culture of customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role within a service-driven environment, preferably in customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for building relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and negotiate solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
