We are seeking an outgoing, sales minded individual with a service oriented personality to assist our clients and potential clients. You must have an upbeat, bubbly personality, and be a motivated person with a love for animals. We must be able to hear your smile in your voice. The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for capturing new clients from incoming calls, promoting our services, scheduling appointments, handling busy phone lines in an upbeat and professional manner, maintaining medical records, and basic computer work. Customer Care Specialist act as a pet advocate, promoting products and services which are in the best interest of the pet, as well as educating clients on their importance and benefit. Customer Care Specialist are the face of our practice and are the first impression our clients get. The right person will love to smile and will make a good first impression on the phone and in person. The right person must be a team player who loves animals and is not afraid to jump in and get things done.
