Overview: As the Construction Manager, you will take the wheel leading a team of carpenters and construction laborers, overseeing performance and job task completion while ensuring they are in accordance with company policies and procedures.

What You'll Do:

• Manage, supervise, coordinate, and execute all construction projects to ensure they are high quality, on schedule, and within budget.
• Prepares a detailed scope of work for all project components 
• Creates and monitors the project schedule 
• Prepares punch lists and makes sure that all items are completed properly and in a timely manner 
• Maintains transparent records and files on projects
• Maintains accurate and timely correspondence 
• Effectively able to hold the construction team accountable for jobs performed/assigned, quality of work, and attendance

What You'll Need:

• 4 years Construction Manager experience is required, multifamily experience preferred
• Working knowledge of exterior and interior construction
• Team player, with excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Attention to detail with excellent record-keeping and note-taking
• Ability to complete priorities in a fast-paced environment and be resourceful, adaptable and flexible
• Must be willing to work in extreme weather such as heat, cold, rain, snow/ice
• Experience with Multi-Family properties is a plus
• Must successfully pass a drug and background check
• Must have valid Driver's License
