Midland Care is expanding into Johnson County and seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Aides (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our team.
Summary
This brand-new opportunity in Johnson County offers CNAs the chance to receive paid training to obtain their HHA license after 60 days of employment with Midland Care.
CNAs and HHAs will provide compassionate care and support to clients in a home care setting.
Both Full-time & Part-time Availabie : Mon-Fri 7am 4pm or 12pm - 9pm Weekends 7am - 7pm
Pay Rate : CNA - $16.80 / hr (based on experience) HHA - $18.25 / hr (based on experience)
Sign on for CNAs is $1,000 for Full Time or $500 for Part Time
HHAs will receive a sign on of $1,500 for Full Time or $750 for Part Time
Shift differential rates
What We Provide for You
Qualifications
Required : Current Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification with willingness to enroll in HHA certification course within first 90 days of employment.
Preferred : One year experience as a Home Health Aide preferred.
