- Assign daily schedule for each team member
- Organize daily orders/paperwork
- Investigate Quality Checks with Plant/Production Manager
- Set and manage production goals
- Give office order numbers of non-stock doors
- Unload and check in vendor product
- Check inventory levels
- Inspect equipment
- Monitor open/dead orders and communicate with the office
- Fill out vendor order forms
- Check carts after OT’s are loaded to ensure nothing is missed
- Maintain a clean and organized shop

- Review and approve timecards and time off requests in a timely manner
- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback while rewarding and disciplining as necessary
- Lead department meetings with employees to address various issues/items
- Champion an overall culture of teamwork and cooperation between locations and departments
